PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variance in sound volume of a simultaneous broadcast among a plurality of house units and to prevent the sound volume of the simultaneous broadcast from being corrected by mistake. SOLUTION: Since each house unit 2 includes a sound volume correction part 30 which corrects the sound volume of simultaneous broadcast to a value within a predetermined range, the variance in the sound volume of general broadcast among the plurality of house units 2 can be suppressed. Further, the sound volume correction part 30 stores a last correction amount G1 in a correction amount storage part 42 and sets a current correction amount G2 to an amplifier 39 only when the current correction amount G2 is within a permissible range based upon the last correction amount G1, so even when a large error is included in the estimated value of transmission loss, the sound volume of simultaneous broadcast is prevented from being corrected by mistake.
