PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus which achieves a high decorative effect. SOLUTION: In the display apparatus for emitting and displaying a desired shape comprising characters, numerals, signs, graphics or their arbitrary combination, a half-mirror layer is formed via a transparent layer upward of a mirror face, and light is emitted in the desired shape at a position apart from the mirror face between the mirror face and the half-mirror layer.
