PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition exhibiting excellent storage stability and photocurability. SOLUTION: The photocationically polymerizable composition comprises as essential ingredients a cationically polymerizable compound such as an epoxy compound, an acid-generating agent comprised of an aromatic iodonium salt and/or an aromatic sulfonium salt, a benzoyl compound represented by formula (1) and/or (2), and a thioxanthone radical initiator.
