PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound apparatus and an instrument apparatus which are made thin while providing enough sound pressure. SOLUTION: A resonance space section 18 of a buzzer 10 is provided between a substrate 11 and a rear cover 14. In front of a projecting section 19 which is provided on a side wall of the rear cover 14, a sound releasing hole 20 is provided. A sound introduction path 21 which communicates the resonance space 18 with the sound releasing hole 20, is provided along the substrate 11, and its cross section becomes larger as it reaches closer to the sound releasing hole 20.
