PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize miniaturization and energy saving of a hydraulic pressure feeder operating an electric hydraulic pump during stop of an engine. SOLUTION: This feeder is provided with a mechanical hydraulic pump P1 driven by power of an engine 1, the electric hydraulic pump P2 driven by an electric motor M during stop of the engine 1, and a control oil passage supplying a transmission mechanism 3 with hydraulic oil from those. The transmission mechanism 3 is provided with hydraulic clutches C1-C4 performing speed change operation. The control oil passage is provided with a first oil passage 21 a control valve V for supplying hydraulic clutches C1-C4 with hydraulic oil from the mechanical hydraulic pump P1, and a second oil passage 26 directly supplying one of hydraulic clutch C1 out of the plurality of hydraulic clutches with hydraulic oil from the electric hydraulic pump P2.
