A method for manufacturing a bonnet and a support pin of a trunk hood is provided to form a thread in a protrusion rod by introducing a completed rod into a roll forming machine and perform a tapping operation by using an automatic tapping machine such that an insertion hole used to insert the protrusion rod of a completed bushing has a thread, so that the protrusion rod is screwed to the bushing. A primary rod having a primary head part and a primary protrusion rod is formed. A secondary rod having a secondary head part and a secondary protrusion rod is formed. A completed rod having a spherical head part and a protrusion rod(14a). A primary bushing having a primary reinforcement stage, a body, and an insertion hole used to insert the protrusion rod is formed. A completed bushing(80) having a reinforcement stage, an inclination surface, and an insertion hole used to insert the protrusion rod is formed. The protrusion rod of the completed rod is inserted into the insertion hole of the completed bushing.
