<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a building design draft in a state of matching a unit cost per tsubo (=3.3 square meters) required for actual construction. <P>SOLUTION: A portion-by-portion construction data 41 and graph data 43 for a unit cost per tsubo are specified by classifying each building, of which construction work has been performed in the past, into four portions, namely structural work, exterior work, interior work and facility work. Based on the data of the four portions, there is generated a new graph data for unit cost per tsubo 63 in which user requirements to each portion are reflected on the unit cost per tsubo related to the four portions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
