<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for temperature compensation in a clock oscillator using quartz crystals which is assembled with dual crystal oscillators therein. <P>SOLUTION: Minimum power consumption is achieved by the efficient use of a processor in charge of the synchronisation of the two oscillators.
