<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for driving a load, which is capable of achieving a switching operation with low heat generation and low noise. <P>SOLUTION: The control device includes: a MOSFET<SB>11-14</SB>for switching a current supplied to a motor 16; a storage means wherein information relating to a target control value of a voltage between a drain and a source of the MOSFET<SB>11-14</SB>is stored; a voltage detection means for detecting the voltage between the drain and the source of the MOSFET<SB>11-14</SB>at intervals of a prescribed time within one switching period of the MOSFET<SB>11-14</SB>; an operation means for operating an output voltage of a gate G of the MOSFET<SB>11-14</SB>on the basis of the voltage between the drain and the source detected by the voltage detection means and information relating to the target control value of the voltage between the drain and the source; and a signal output means for outputting a signal corresponding to the output voltage operated by the operation means, to the gate G of the MOSFET<SB>11-14</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
