<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a porous sheet using a sintering aid, in which sintering of skeletal material powders during burning is improved, and a bad influence of a porous sheet obtained by this production method on a proximity component member can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing a porous protective layer 25, carbon (interposed body) and calcia (sintering aid) are not individually mixed to an alumina powder but carbon which contains calcia is mixed to the alumina powder. Calcia is present in a portion near carbon. Cohesion (sintering driving force) of alumina powders in the near portion of carbon can be increased by calcia, and the state of forming a skeletal structure used as the porous protective layer 25 can be improved. Since calcia can be efficiently used in this production method, the amount of calcia used can be suppressed, and a bad influence of the porous protective sheet 25 on a proximity component in a sensor element 4 can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
