PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant supplying material improving the lubricating performance and sealing property of a direct action device such as a ball screw and provide a direct action device obtained by using the material. SOLUTION: A sealing member 6 slidably coming into contact with a screw shaft 1 is positioned between the screw shaft 1 and a ball screw nut 3 of a ball screw, the sealing member 6 is produced by firing a mixture at least containing a resin and a lubricant, the lubricant is impregnated in the sintered product of the resin, the amount of the lubricant is 10-150 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin, the resin is a thermoplastic elastomer, especially a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer or a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, the resin has a pellet form having a side length of≥0.01 mm and≤1 mm, and the aspect ratio of the pellet is≥2 and≤50.
