PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve antenna characteristics by reducing surface waves radiated from a substrate terminal of an antenna incorporated type module substrate. SOLUTION: Radio communication equipment comprises: a high frequency circuit which is provided on a high frequency circuit side B of the antenna incorporated type module substrate 1 mounted on a mounting substrate 2 and generates a high frequency signal; a patch antenna 3 which is provided on an antenna side A of the antenna incorporated type module substrate 1 and radiates an electromagnetic wave representing the high frequency signal generated by the high frequency circuit; and an annular ground plane 4 which is formed on the antenna side A of the antenna incorporated type module substrate 1 so as to surround the patch antenna 3.
