PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily manage a signal processing part which performs signal processing of a control signal transmitted from a remote controller and to attain miniaturization of an information processing terminal. SOLUTION: When a preamplifier receives an infrared signal from a television remote controller, an infrared receiving controller 15 outputs an interruption request signal to a keyboard controller CPU 11 to notify that interruption from the television remote controller is generated. The keyboard controller CPU 11 confirms a priority level of interruption processing set in an interruption priority level setting register 11a to judge whether or not there is processing at a priority level higher than that of interruption by the television remote controller. Control is performed so as to execute interruption processing from the television remote controller when there is not processing at the priority level higher than that of the interruption from the television remote controller and to execute the interruption from the television remote controller after executing the interruption at the priority level higher than that of the interruption from the television remote controller when there is the interruption at the priority level higher than that of the interruption from the television remote controller.
