PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter apparatus capable of restraining a bound phenomenon with a simple structure as well as an increase in the size of the apparatus. SOLUTION: A focal plane shutter 1 has a rubber member 3a that engages with a drive pin 38 projecting from an opening lever 30 and regulates the rotating range of the opening lever 30. The focal plane shutter 1 includes a movable permanent magnet 33 and a fixed permanent magnet 13, which restrain the opening lever 30 from bounding when the opening lever 30 is rotated with the result that the drive pin 38 strikes against the rubber member 3a. In this configuration, the bound phenomenon can be restrained with the simple structure as well as the increase in the size of the apparatus. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
