FIELD: road building, particularly safety arrangements for slowing, redirecting or stopping errant vehicles. ^ SUBSTANCE: road barricade comprises vertical posts and horizontal beams connected thereto in several rows so that the beams extend along road. Horizontal beams are connected to posts through damping holders and/or horizontal intermediate member of 0.5-1.0 m length. The intermediate member is made of channel-bar and has flanges facing road. Horizontal beam and intermediate member are connected with each other by means of through bolts passing through channel bar flanges. Distance between flange end of one channel bar and wall of another one is within 5-15 mm. Damping holder is fixedly secured to post by one flange. Intermediate member is secured to another flange thereof. Damping holder is connected to post and extends at 50-85° angle to vertical plane. ^ EFFECT: simplified structure, decreased labor inputs for barricade production and assemblage, increased reliability, maintainability and decreased production and operation costs due to usage barricade parts formed of roll-formed profile and novelty profile location to decrease traumatism in traffic accidents. ^ 6 cl, 3 dwg |
