FIELD: carbon materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: synthesis is accomplished in plasma at atmospheric pressure in helium flow. Electrodes are powered in combination with direct current up to 1000 A and alternate current within kilohertz frequency range from 40 to 440 kHz.
