PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image data processing method and an image data processing part which more appropriately restrict duplicate of a confidential document using a woven pattern.

SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus which has a reading part for optically scanning an original to acquire image data of the original and the image data processing part which performs image processing of the image data acquired by the reading part, prints or accumulates or transmits the image data of which the image processing is performed by the image data processing part, the image data processing part has an unauthorized copy detection part 21 which detects a preliminarily registered pattern from the image data acquired by the reading part and an unauthorized copy prevention means 22 for replacing a pixel value in an area specified in the pattern with a predetermined pixel value when the pattern is detected by the unauthorized copy detection part 21.
