摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic structure with a built-in electrode excellent in durability against thermal shock and with peeling or cracks generated between an insulating base body and a metallized electrode restrained. <P>SOLUTION: A metallized electrode containing 30 to 70 volume% of either tungsten or molybdenum and 70 to 30 volume% of disilicate expressed in RE<SB>2</SB>Si<SB>2</SB>O<SB>7</SB>(where, RE is a rare-earth element) is formed inside an insulating body with cordierite as a main crystal phase, and a difference of a linear expansion coefficient from 30&deg;C to 800&deg;C between the insulating body and the metallized electrode is to be 3.5&times;10<SP>-6</SP>/&deg;C or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
