<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's operability by improving visibility relative to the paper storage space of an in-body ejection type image forming apparatus so that ejected transfer paper may be easily taken out. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 100 includes: a body housing part 120; a scanner part 200; and a paper storage part for storing the ejected paper and a first support pole part 300 having an ejection function to eject the paper, which are provided between the body housing part 120 and the scanner part 200. The image forming apparatus 100 satisfies expressions: 0.6≥La/Lb≥0.3 and 0.8≥La/Lc≥0.6. In the expressions, La shows a distance between the position of the forefront part of the first support pole part positioned on the rear side and the positions of the forefront parts of the scanner part and the body housing part positioned on the front side, Lb shows a distance between the base of the scanner part and the lowermost position of a paper ejection tray in the paper storage part in the body, and Lc shows an average distance between the base of the scanner part and the paper ejection tray in the paper storage part in the body, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
