PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a polysiloxane film which is formed on the surface of a plastic substrate and has excellent transparency, excellent abrasion resistance and improved productivity by improving productivity on the curing of the organo polysiloxane film and abrasion resistance of the cured film. SOLUTION: The laminate has a polysiloxane film obtained by curing a coated film by irradiating vacuum UV light on at least a part of the surface of a plastic substrate. The curing is completed in a short time and the cured film is provided with excellent abrasion resistance because vacuum UV light irradiation is employed for curing the organopolysiloxane coating film.
