A DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting)-receiving apparatus is provided to settle toll fare without a separate billing terminal, by using a billing part for settling accounts of toll through a smart card. A billing part(200) is connected to a DMB process part(100) and a smart card-inserting part(210), wherein the billing part is operated by control of the DMB process part. The billing part updates information of the smart card, and transmits the process result to the DMB process part and an automatic collection system. A common connection part(300) has respective signal transmission lines and plural connection terminals for forming at least one control line for communication between the DMB process part and an external controller. A control communication part(400) is connected between the common connection part and the DMB process part. The control communication part receives a control command for controlling states of the DMB process part and the billing part from an external device to transmit the control command to the DMB process part. The control communication part transmits commands, which are generated from the DMB process part, to the external device through the common connection part.
