FIELD: automation of billing and generation of billing documents, primarily those concerning payments for communal services. ^ SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, the method includes using computer of billing center to input information into digital telephony block which information is significant for billing document and includes identification data of payer, and also value of indications of device for counting consumed resources, corresponding to resources that were paid for previously, setup of phone connection to payer, synthesis and transmission of voice message to payer, which contains information about payer and value of indications of device for counting paid resources, and also a request to read the value of current indications of device for counting consumed resources and to input them using the keyboard of phone device, reading of values of current consumed resources by payer, typing of these values using the keyboard of phone device working in tone dialing mode, receipt of values by digital telephony block, transmission of received information into computer, detection of amount and sum of payment for unpaid consumed resources by computer. ^ EFFECT: expanded arsenal of used devices, increased speed of operation and reliability of creation of documents. ^ 14 cl, 1 dwg |
