A frame for an image output device and the image output device having the same are provided to reinforce only a portion, to which a large load is applied, intensively, thereby making the product light and reducing production cost. A first frame(110) is formed in a looped curve form or a looped polygon form, and at least one second frame(120) is joined to across the first frame. An image output panel(10) is joined to at least one of the first frame and the second frame. The first frame is bent to cover the rear edge and external end of the image output panel. The second frame is formed in a shape steel form with at least one bending portion.
