The device (1) for filling bone cavities with fluid cement, acetabular ca vities in particular, comprises a transfer channel (2) for transferring a fl uid cement (F) with a first opening (3) which can be associated to a dispens er instrument (5) for dispensing the fluid cement and a second opening (4) t hrough which the fluid cement exits, and that is associated to an applicator element (6) of the fluid to a bone cavity. The applicator element has a use ful dispensing surface that is larger than the transfer channel and comprise s a substantially plate-like body whose main opposite surfaces define a firs t side (7) for connecting to the transfer channel and a second side (8) for the application of the fluid cement. Furthermore, the second side has a cont aining border (9) of the fluid cement which can be positioned in contact aga inst the edge of the bone cavity and which comprises a perimeter turned-up e dge of the plate-like body which extends crosswise from the body itself.</SD OAB>
