PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record hologram indicating information in an optical disk in high density.

SOLUTION: When a recording mark RM is recorded in an optical disk 100, recording is performed so that azimuth angle is different from that of the other recording mark RM being adjacent spatially, reference light is irradiated with an angle in accordance with the azimuth angle of the recording mark RM to be reproduced during reproduction. Thereby, cross talk from the recording mark RM other than the object of reproduction can be reduced, and recording density of the optical disk 1 can be improved by the reduction.
