PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an In alloy reflection film for an optical information recording medium for only reproduction having excellent marking properties even in the case of low laser power, to provide the optical information recording medium for only reproduction and to provide a sputtering target for forming the In alloy reflection film for the optical information recording medium for only reproduction.

SOLUTION: A composition of the reflection film of a BCA mark 16 provided in an optical disk 1 for only reproduction is specified to be an In alloy containing a specified quantity of an element of group VIII to obtain the BCA mark having excellent basic characteristics of reflectance and environment resistance and excellent marking properties even in the case of low laser power.
