PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of efficiently and uniformly heating a recording medium. SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by providing this fixing device with: a base body having flexibility; at least one heat generation part arranged in the base body, and heating at least one surface of the base body; and at least one electrostatic attraction part arranged in the base body without contacting the heat generation part, and forming an electric field on at least one surface of the base body.
