PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a thermal source side heat exchanger is frequency switched to an evaporator or a condenser in the case of hot/cold selling, coolant which is too much or too little in the thermal source side heat exchanger is ejected or inhaled in a refrigeration cycle since coolant quantity existing in each heat exchanger is different, and that the refrigeration cycle is not stable. SOLUTION: Even when an in-container cooling load is not temporarily put, a coolant circuit is switched to an outdoor evaporator 51 via an ejector 52 so that a heating operation by a heat pump can be continued. Even when the in-container cooling load is put on again, it is possible to cope with only by switching an electric expansion valve, and to secure the stability of a refrigeration cycle even by frequently switching it.
