PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold down development cost without creating a registration program in each database, and to register master data into the database. SOLUTION: The master data to be registered in the database are acquired from each field input with data, provided correspondingly to the database (S13). When registering the acquired data into the database, it is checked whether the acquired data accord with layout information and data check information or not on the basis of the layout information showing layout of the acquired data, set in each the field, and the data check information for checking the acquired data (S15), and the checked data are output (S19).
