PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedding device for mounting a display. SOLUTION: An embedding in-wall interface box assembly is relatively easy to install in a finished wall, including accommodations for video and electrical wiring in the box, having an attractive appearance, and it is relatively simple and inexpensive to manufacture. A mounter has a pan-like body part forming a recess to accept a display mounter for a flat panel display device. The pan-like body part has dimensions to be located between a pair of frame materials of a wall structure. Also, the interface has at least one adjusting mechanism which is connected to the pan-like body part so as to be manipulated, and since the adjusting mechanisms can be shifted selectively, the mechanisms are engaged with the frame materials and hold the pan-like body part at a desired position.
