PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs in a portable guiding device by omitting or simplifying a complicated signal processor. SOLUTION: In the portable guiding device 10, an eyeshot direction of a wearer looking at a display device 11 installed before the eyes of the wearer is detected by an eyeshot detector 12, and by converting eyeshot information of the wearer acquired as a result into head swinging motion of a seeker 21, a seeker image shot by the seeker 21 facing a direction corresponding to the eyeshot direction of the wearer is displayed in the display device 11. A missile 20 has two seeker modes, and in a search mode, an imaging direction of the seeker 21 is made to correspond to the eyeshot direction of the wearer, and a target in a periphery of the missile 20 is searched by moving the eyeshot direction. When the target is acknowledged and the seeker mode is changed to a tracking mode, the target is tracked by matching a moving direction of the missile with the eyeshot direction of the wearer, and looking at the target displayed in the display device.
