PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic not only affording effects such as a beautiful finish, transparency, fittedness or a change in shape but also quickly absorbing perspiration and releasing moisture of the absorbed perspiration and thereby improving the persistence of comfortableness of skin and make-up effects. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises fibers. In the cosmetic, the fibers are composed of elastic fibers composed of a polyetherester elastomer prepared by copolymerizing a specific organic sulfonic acid metal salt and comprising polybutylene terephthalate as a hard segment and a polyoxyethylene glycol as a soft segment.
