PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intracorporeal indwelling type purifying device, lessening load on a patient due to extracorporeal circulation of blood in purifying the blood, improving operability for medical treatment to perform simply a blood purifying therapy, and small sized to be directly inserted in a blood vessel of the brain or the ventricle, or practical organs such as a liver. SOLUTION: This intracorporeal indwelling type purifying device 1 includes: a bundle 3 of hollow fiber membranes formed by bundling a plurality of hollow fiber membranes 2, 2'; a supply port 51 provided at one end side of the hollow fiber membrane bundle 3 to supply processing liquid to the hollow fiber membrane bundle 3; a discharge port 91 provided at one end side of the hollow fiber membrane bundle 3 to discharge the processing liquid from the hollow fiber membrane bundle 3; and a storing part 7 provided on the other side of the hollow fiber membrane bundle to store the processing liquid. The hollow fiber membrane bundle 3 has a supply line 32a in which the inner cavity parts 21 of some hollow fiber membranes 2 are communicated with the supply port 51 and the storing part 7; and a discharge line 32b in which the inner cavity parts 21' of the other hollow fiber membranes 2' except the supply line 32a are communicated with the storing part 7 and the discharge port 91, and the flow direction of the processing liquid is different between these lines.
