The device has a gap ring (9) provided between a housing (3) and a switching shaft (1) and/or between the housing and a piston (2). An oil supply bore (5) is arranged in such a manner that the oil supply bore is closed through the axial movement of the switching shaft. An active lubrication pump (6) is provided for supplying oil through the oil supply bore in the cylinder space of the piston. A throttling port (4) is realized between the housing and the switching shaft by the gap ring.
