The transport vehicle has a transportation structure (10) with a safety device (12) for loading goods (14). The safety device has a safety module (22) that is simultaneously fixed at a horizontal fastening surface (16) and at a vertical fastening surface (18) in a loading area (20) of the transportation structure in a non-destructive and separatable manner, thus the fastening surfaces are joined together. The horizontal fastening surface is designed as a loading area base (24) or as a loading area roof of the transportation structure.
