The present invention relates to a mechanised device for screwing and unscrewing the screws of dental implant stumps, that can be fitted at one end on a shaft (3) and at the other end on the stem (1) of a screwing bit (17), wherein said device is characterised in that it comprises: a dented pinion (4) that can be clipped onto said stem (1); and a tool (2) arranged essentially perpendicular to the stem (1) for transmitting a rotation between a motor axis provided in the shaft (3) and the pinion (4), capable of engagement with said pinion (4) for driving said screwing bit (17).
