A method for manufacturing a print sheet for a packing paper and the print sheet for the packing paper produced by the same are provided to increase an advertisement effect by emphasizing a necessary portion of the printed part of the packing paper and to prevent grain bags from falling down by a slip by increasing friction force. A method for manufacturing a print sheet for a packing paper comprises a printing process for forming a print layer(12) on the back side of a lustrous raw sheet(10), by a print roll(30) and a non-slip layer printing process for printing a non-slip layer(70) on the front surface of the lustrous raw sheet by a non-slip print roll(40) and forming a lustrous part(14) for projecting a portion of the print layer through the lustrous raw sheet, by leaving a portion of the non-slip layer.
