<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide slip issuing device and a guide slip issuing system, capable of stopping issuing to a user who considers a guide slip unnecessary. <P>SOLUTION: The guide slip issuing device comprises a taking-omission detection means for detecting taking-omission of the guide slip issued by an issuing means; a taking-omission frequency registration means for registering, upon detection of taking-omission by the detection means, the taking-omission frequency in conformation to user identification information; and a determination means for determining whether to issue the guide slip or not in reference to the taking-omission frequency corresponding to the user identification information or necessity/unnecessity of guide slip issuing stored in a storage means based on the taking-omission frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
