PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display controller which facilitates operation for confirming the focused state of a picked-up image. SOLUTION: The image display controller for controlling the display of the picked-up image by an image display means has: enlargement means (S125 and S126) enlarging the image displayed by the image display means at an enlargement rate relative to a display image in accordance with input operation, and displaying it by the image display means; an enlargement rate storage means (S128) storing the enlargement rate; and control means (S115 and S116) controlling image display by the image display means for confirming the focus of the picked-up image according to the enlargement rate stored in the enlargement rate storage means.
