PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit structure for attaining highly accurate operation by acquiring tolerance to noise and offset, when an adaptive filter used for an active noise control system is attained by an analog electronic circuit. SOLUTION: A circuit of the invention is the adaptive filter composed of the analog electronic circuit with a perfect differential circuit structure of a hierarchical neural network structure. In the circuit, a perfect differential type wide range Gilbert multiplier is used for a multiplier circuit, and at the same time, a perfect differential type integrator is used for an integral circuit.
