PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in concentration measurement for measuring the concentration of a rotatory polarization material in a sample by measuring optical rotation of the sample, wherein removal by a filter using ion-exchange resin, a synthetic adsorbent, activated carbon, or the like, as a filler is useful for removing a rotatory material other than the desired rotatory material in the sample, and especially when measuring a biosample, though the filter is, preferably, a non-returnable type and is replaced in each measurement from the hygienic viewpoint or contagion, when using a non-returnable type filter, a work for replacing the filter in each measurement is required, and a mechanism for detaching the filter has been necessary. SOLUTION: A concentration measuring device for measuring the sample concentration from the optical rotation value of the sample is provided with a filter content introducing means for filling a content of the filter. Since a user can save a labor for replacing the filter in each measurement and a filter container can be used repeatedly, a product having a reduced load on an environment can be provided.
