摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser irradiation device capable of scanning a laser beam on a correct position even when the position of the center of gravity of a laser beam is changed by deterioration of a laser light source or the like, a laser radar device, and a calibration method of the laser irradiation device. SOLUTION: A calibration part 20 specifies a control voltage corresponding to each scanning position of laser light by changing the control voltage outputted from an actuator control part 14 at an installation time, acquires a detection position outputted from a two-dimensional PSD 16 at that point of time, describes a correspondence relation between each scanning position, and a control voltage and a reference detection position in a control table, specifies the control voltage corresponding to each scanning position on reference to the control table before actual use, outputs the specified control voltage from the actuator control part 14, and describes a correspondence relation between each scanning position and a target detection position of the laser light in the control table based on the detection position outputted from the two-dimensional PSD 16 at that point of time and the reference detection position.
