PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light and rigid roof structure capable of sufficiently securing a housing space 31 without narrowing an occupant space in a compartment in a resin roof structure of a vehicle A having a pair of right and left roof side rails 12 extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction at both ends in the vehicle width direction of a vehicle roof 1, a resin roof panel 15 covering a part between both the roof side rails 12, and a storage box 11 with the housing space 31. SOLUTION: A vertical wall 19 integrally formed with a roof panel 15 and projecting downward is formed on the bottom face of the roof panel 15, and the vertical wall 19 serves as the side wall of the housing space 31.
