An ultrasonic type fluid measurement device having enhanced measurement accuracy. The ultrasonic type fluid measurement device (10) has an ultrasonic measurement section (20) in which a first wave transmitter/receiver (21) and a second wave transmitter/receiver (22) are arranged in a measurement flow path (14), and first to fifth partition plates (25-29) arranged substantially in parallel with an ultrasonic transmission path (24) for connecting the first wave transmitter/receiver (21) and the second wave transmitter/receiver (22). The partition plates (25-29) partition the ultrasonic transmission path (24) to form first to sixth flat flow paths (32-37) in a layered manner. The first wave transmitter/receiver (21) and the second wave transmitter/receiver (22) are arranged such that, among the flat flow paths (32-37), a flat flow path away from the center in the layering direction of the flow paths is subjected to measurement by the ultrasonic measurement section (20).
