The pump has rotatable blades (4) provided in middle point and control disks are provided with an inlet opening (10) and an outlet opening for a medium e.g. air, to be conveyed. The blades are arranged at a rotor (2) in an area of inner and outer walls in such a manner that an outer lying working space (15) is formed at side walls of the blades, an outer wall of the rotor and an inner wall of a housing. An inner lying working space (16) is formed between the side walls, inner wall of the rotor and an outer wall of a shaft supported axially in a housing center.
