Eccentric screw pump`s operation monitoring method for delivering mortar, involves setting change of rotational speed in relationship with measured pressure, and providing control circuit for adjusting rotational speed

The method involves measuring the rotational speed of an eccentric screw of a pump and the pressure of a pumping medium at an outlet of the pump. A change of the rotational speed is set in relationship with the measured pressure such that the rotational speed is lowered with simultaneous absence of the pressure rising in the case of increasing rotational speed of the pump. A control circuit is provided for the adjustment of the rotational speed. An independent claim is also included for a eccentric screw pump for performing a method for monitoring an operation of the pump for delivering a mortar.
