A circulation filtration frying machine is provided to prevent oil from being polluted by collecting frying wastes in a non-heated collecting space separated apart from a heating unit. A circulation filtration frying machine comprises a container(1) divided into a heating space(11) and a frying space(12), a partition(3), a collecting space(4), and a valve(5). The partition has a horizontal unit(32) and a vertical unit(31). Oil(9) at the bottom of the container flows through an inlet(111), passes by the horizontal unit and the vertical unit and goes out through an outlet(112) formed at the top of the vertical unit. The collecting space is formed around the inlet at the bottom of the container. The valve is installed at the collecting space to discharge fried waste. The oil is heated in the heating unit, discharged through the outlet into the frying space. As the oil in the frying space moves to the inlet after frying foods, the wastes contained in the oil drops into the collecting space. |
