A golf swing exercising device is provided to enable a user to obtain a correct swing posture, to establish stable swing action and to perform natural turning of his/her shoulder and natural rotation of his/her waist. A golf swing exercising device includes a body(10), arm support portions(12) and an arm fixing tool. The body is disposed between both arms of a user and is formed in the shape of an inverse trapezoid to conform to the shape of both arms of the user. The arm support portions are disposed on both sides of the body and are formed to be open in an outer direction to support both arms of the user. The arm fixing portion encloses the open portions of the arm support portions and controls the widening of both arms and curving of both arms with respect to the user's elbows. |
