<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar soft magnetic metallic particle which has a uniform shape and is thin, having a high aspect ratio and further is excellent in dispersive properties, having high permeability, and to provide its production method. <P>SOLUTION: The planar soft magnetic metallic particle is the one obtained by mechanically adhering soft magnetic metallic particle composed of spherical nickel or a nickel based alloy with the average particle diameter of ≤200 nm while being mixed using a ball mill or the like, wherein the thickness is ≤1 μm, the mean particle diameter is ≤5 μm, and the aspect ratio is ≥2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
