<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box which is made of a few components, is reusable and reduces a waste material. <P>SOLUTION: The packing box comprises a box main body 2 and a cover body 3 to be fitted with the main body. The main body 2 is provided internally with a plurality of partition parts 5a in one direction with an elastic sheet 6 covering the parts 5a and a plurality of partition parts 5b roughly orthogonal to the parts 5a with an elastic sheet 7 covering the parts 5b.
